How to Force Outlook(Classic) to Update the Job Title

1. Force Outlook to Download the Updated Address Book (OAB)

🔹 For users with Cached Exchange Mode enabled

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click on File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

3. Select your Exchange account and click Change.

4. Uncheck Use Cached Exchange Mode, click Next, then Finish.

5. Restart Outlook.

6. Re-enable Cached Exchange Mode, restart Outlook again.
